The 3rd House of Congress
On June 23, 2005, Judicial Legislation continued. Private property is no longer protected, and can be seized when the government sees fit. In the 5 to 4 decision (liberal decision), the Justices, decided that not only can private property be seized for just public use, but that the government can now seize private property
to be sold as private property because it will be used by the public. This is a very lose misinterpretation of the Fifth Amendment. This site is seeking impeachment proceedings again Justices Kennedy, Stevens, Souter, Ginsberg, and Breyer. Sign the petition if you are fed up with the unconstitutionality of judicial legislation.
