Back to school
So, I am not back to school and all settled in. The New Guys are slowly going through their orientation week, and I think they are all settling in pretty well. We have all new good and holy Priests here to help form us into the men Christ and Church wants us to be, so it should be an exciting year.
I should have some pretty good classes too. I start off Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's with Metaphysics, and then after Lunch and Mass I have Spanish followed by Faith and Reason and concluding with Biology. On Tuesday's and Thursday's I only have Dictatorships in the Twentieth Century. All should be good classes, and a considerably lighter load from last semesters 21 (I only have 16 now). Should be interesting.
We also have a new horarium, we now start the day at 6:45 AM with the Angelus followed by Meditation and then Lauds at 7:30. On Fridays, we start with a Holy Hour at 6:30 AM. In the evening we have a Study Time from 7:00-9:00. This should help us whip back into shape. Our Chapel is also finally done, we had a hard wood floor installed, and we refinished pews for it. It looks really nice, I will post a picture sometime.
My loft has also been assembled and it looks good too. It makes my room better. I will post a picture of that too.
I wish I would have been able to go to World Youth Day, it looked like a blast, but it was not meant to be. I hope to be able to go to Sydney in 2008.
Well, this is shaping up to be a good school year. Pray for us, and we shall pray for you.
